4 Simple Steps to Advertise Your Property For Sale in Portugal

Step 1 – Price Your Property

Step 2 – Quality Photographs

You need to have some quality photos of your property ready to upload. Please make sure your photographs are less than 1,2MB in size and either jpg, jpeg or gif formatted. After the creation of your account, you’ll be able to upload up to 18 photographs of your property.

Step 3 – Prepare The Information For Your Advert.

The main information you need to advertise your property successfully will be the property write up and the details of your property, these can be added when you initially advertise your property or after your account has been activated. Step 4 – List Your Property

Go to the Advertise your Property For Sale application form below. You’ll be asked the following:

1 – Select the advertising services that best suit your needs
2 – Fill in the form
3 – Submit your payment securely via PayPal^®

After submitting the form, and within 2 working days, you’ll be emailed a link where you’ll be able to process your payment via PayPal®. Short after your payment has completed, we will provide you with your member’s information for you to login to the site. You will then be able to upload, review and amend your property details and photographs before publishing your property for sale. No technical knowledge is required.
